企画概要 / Plan outline

LINKLINKはキャンパス内のジェンダー差別・性暴力をなくすために当事者意識のある人たちと共に行動し連帯することを目的とする学生団体です。

本企画では様々な分野におけるジェンダー平等を実現するために、青学生がリーダーシップのある女性からエンパワーメントされることを目標とし、
ジェンダー問題に取り組むゲストを招いてパネルディスカッションを開催します。
ロールモデルとなりうるゲストとの交流を通じて、女性が社会でより活躍するために必要なことは何かを認識し、
自分自身で身近なコミュニティからアクションを起こせるように促すことを目指します。
パネルディスカッション後にはアンケートを実施し、今後さらに学生へのアプローチを強化した活動に繋げていきたいと考えています。

LINKLINK is a student organization aimed at acting in solidarity with parties interested in eliminating gender discrimination and sexual violence on campuses.

In order to realize gender equality in various fields, this project aims to empower AGU students from women with leadership and invites guests to discuss gender issues. Through interacting with guests who can be role models, we aim to recognize what is necessary for women to be more active in society and encourage them to take action from their immediate community on their own.
After the panel discussion, we will conduct a questionnaire, which we hope will lead to activities that further strengthen our approach to students in the future.

(This project was implemented as a project to adopt volunteers, projects, and support systems for the Volunteer Center.)
