青山学院は、教育方針に「愛と奉仕の精神をもってすべての人と社会とに対する責任を進んで果たす人間の形成」と謳い、それに基づいてAOYAMA VISION「すべての人と社会のために未来を拓くサーバント・リーダーを育成する総合学園」をとして掲げています。150年以上におよぶ青山学院の歴史は、その当初からグローバルでした。今後一層国際教育を推進し、他者に仕えるとともに、互いの価値を見出し、それを他の価値と繋ぐことによって新しい時代を創造してまいります。

The Educational Policy of Aoyama Gakuin stipulates a commitment to education of individuals “who seek for truth with humility, and who actively take responsibility for all people and for society in a spirit of love and service." Based on this policy, we uphold the AOYAMA VISION: “Aoyama Gakuin is a comprehensive educational institution cultivating servant-leaders to create a brighter future for all people and for society."
Spanning more than 150 years, Aoyama Gakuin's history has been global in nature since its inception and moving forward we will further advance international education; by serving others, by recognizing the worth in one another, in connecting mutual values and discovering others, we will create a new era.
