企画概要 / Plan outline

＜趣旨＞
アジアに飛び出して自らの道を切り開き、人々の前や間にある壁に風穴を開けてつながりを回復させるために起業し、その後もダイナミックに活躍し続けている女性の卒業生をお招きしてトークと学生との対話の時間をもちます。
お招きするのは、「アジアで花咲け！なでしこたち」（NHKBS・2012年放映）の第一回と第二回に出演した二人です。それから10年、アジアで開いた花がどのような実りをもたらし、これからさらにどのような新しい花を咲かせようとしているか、それぞれの歩みについてじっくりお話を伺います。二人の歩みを通して、グローバル時代の中で既存の枠組みにとらわれずしなやかに挑戦し続ける生き方の基盤にあるもの、そして日本・アジアのジェンダー課題について、実体験から教えていただきます。

We invite female graduates who have paved the way by starting businesses in Asia to shed light on the possible connections and gateways, and we wish to encourage a dynamic of active dialog with students.
We invite two people who appeared in the first and the second episode, "The Flowers bloom in Asia!　Nadeshikos！" (NHK BS, broadcasted in 2012).
We will talk about the fruit of the flowers that have opened in Asia during the last ten years, and of the new flowers that are about to bloom.
Through their actual experience and the steps they've taken, they will share with us the foundation of their way of life which continues to take on challenges flexibly, unbound in this global age by existing frameworks or gender issues of Japan and Asia.
