コロナウイルスパンデミックは、教育に多大な影響を与えています。近年、AIやICTの技術的進歩は急成長しており、パンデミックは教育におけるデジタル技術の幅広い採用を加速させました。パンデミックは教育機関に途方もない課題を提示し、あらゆるレベルの学校にデジタルやオンラインツールへの移行を急速に進めました。2019年からのテーマを踏まえ、今年のシンポジウムでは、ポストコロナウイルス時代の教育に焦点を当て、AI、デジタル化、社会変革を検証します。コロナ以前の世界に戻ることはないという認識のもと、本シンポジウムでは、教育機関や教育者が新たな現実に対処するためのポジティブな方法と、教育のイノベーションと変革においてAIとICTが果たす役割を明らかにしようとしています。

Theme:
The Coronavirus Pandemic has deeply affected education in numerous and far-reaching ways. In recent years, technical progress in AI and ICT has been accelerating at an exponential rate, and the pandemic has accelerated adoption of digital technologies in education. The pandemic has presented many challenges to educational institutions and is rapidly advancing the shift to digital and online tools for schools of all levels. Building on our theme from 2019, this symposium examines AI, digitalization and social transformation, focusing on education in the post-coronavirus era. Post-COVID here means living with coronavirus and new social realities occasioned by the pandemic. Recognizing that there is no returning to a pre-covid world, this symposium seeks to identify positive ways that institutions and educators can deal with the new realities, and the role that AI and ICT play in that transformation.

ONLINE:
This year our symposium will be online with 4 sessions in 4 different countries. We will host our symposium using Zoom Webinar, and welcome all students, faculty and staff of IAMSCU related institutions to join us.
